The “sun” shines onto the nine planets as they orbit around it

This set cannot be beat for the price! The motor is a little buzzy, but overall, I was very impressed with the quality and the "little features" of this kit, like the way the rods attach to the base, and the paint job on the planets. As for the look when lit up in a dark room...Nice. A word about this supposed "1000 hr bulb" provided....not even close. My bulb burned out after 3 hours of continuous use. I have replaced it with ordinary flashlight bulbs with great success, however.
